Double Room Extension & Garden
We’ve just completed a stunning full-scale double room extension and garden project that completely redefines this property.
The extension splits the house into two separate units, each featuring its own brand new kitchen and living room – all finished to a high standard with modern grey cabinetry, brass accents, and durable laminate flooring. Natural light floods the interiors thanks to multiple Velux skylights, creating bright and inviting spaces throughout.
The transformation continues outside, where the garden has been thoughtfully redesigned. We laid fresh turf, installed a bespoke planter, and created two resin-bound patio areas – perfect for relaxing or entertaining – all seamlessly connected by a winding resin path. The garden is completed with a brand new timber side gate for easy access and added security.
Kitchen & Dining Room Renovation
This project involved the full transformation of a previously separate kitchen and dining room into one cohesive, open-plan living space. By carefully removing the dividing wall, we created a brighter, more spacious layout that flows naturally between cooking and dining areas.
The new kitchen was designed with a timeless finish, featuring elegant marble worktops that combine durability with classic style. Alongside this, we installed modern laminate flooring throughout the entire ground floor, ensuring a seamless and consistent look from room to room.
From initial structural works to final finishes, the project was completed in a smooth, well-managed, and controlled manner. Careful planning and clear communication ensured minimal disruption to the homeowner, with every stage delivered to a high professional standard.
Garden Room & Decking
A beautiful new addition to this outdoor space – we’ve just completed a large garden room, finished in natural pine cladding for a warm and timeless look that blends effortlessly with the surroundings.
To complement the structure, we built a spacious decking area – perfect for relaxing or entertaining – with a step-down transition to the existing patio, creating a seamless flow between levels and making the most of the garden’s layout.
Full House Cladding
We’ve just wrapped up an incredible full house cladding project on this stunning, newly built modern home. The entire exterior has been transformed using oak-effect Millboard cladding – a premium, low-maintenance composite that offers the warmth of real timber with the durability of modern materials.
The result? A sleek, contemporary finish that elevates the architecture and adds lasting kerb appeal.
